Round the world cyclist, Tom Bruce, decided to use a spare couple of weeks to explore the beautiful Balearic Islands on his fat bike. The adventure includes a circumnavigation of Menorca on the ancient coastal path, the "Camí de Cavalls", which was used by Soldiers, patrolling the Island on horseback. He then took a ferry to Mallorca and cycled over the Northern Mountains in search of remote bike trails. He found some of the best descents he has ridden and quite possibly, the best campsite in the world. After cycling to Palma, he took a ferry to Ibiza, cycled across the Island then explored the hills in the South-West. This escapist adventure book includes beautiful photographs, hand drawn maps and the account of a trip that surprised Tom in how varied, beautiful and remote the Balearic Island are.
